The fountain is one of the most famous fountains of Rome, and is in the corner of Piazza Barberini and Via Veneto. It was created in 1644 by Gian Lorenzo Bernini at the request of Pope Urban VIII Barberini. It shows the Bees, a symbol of family Barberini. It served mainly to water the horses.
