This sterling silver ring was handmade by the goldsmiths of my shop, SERRA, opened in Rome in 1910 and located in via Margutta 57 very close to the Spanish Steps!

In the ring is set an authentic Roman coin ( II century B.C. ) depicting the head of the Goddess Rome . Rear : Victory in biga
In ancient Roman religion, Roma was a female deity who personified the city of Rome and more broadly, the Roman state. Her image appears on the base of the column of Antoninus Pius.

In Roman art and coinage, she was usually depicted with a military helmet, and often other military equipment.

Finger size : 8 1/4

All of our jewels are certified by certificate of authenticity attesting their Greek or Roman origin!
